Return Policy

OS1st believes in a 100% satisfaction guarantee and offers exchanges and refunds up to 60 days after purchase. Please email cs@os1stsupport.com or call (844) 293-2495 for return authorization, exchange requests or product questions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be in unworn condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the entire purchase price including the $5.99 flat rate shipping fee if included in the original order.
